Our Green Coffee beans, sourced straight from a single coffee plantation in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, India. Grown in the shade, hand washed, and sun dried, these AAA grade Arabica beans boast a perfect balance of citric notes, hazelnut undertones, and a touch of chocolate.

Variety : Selection #9, A variety of C. Arabica developed by Central Coffee Research Institute of India. The Coffee bean is produced by cross breeding two different Arabica varieties. Tafarikela, an indigenous Arabica from Ethiopia crossed with another Arabica variety from Timur island in Indonesia. Selection #9 cupping scores consistently above 85+.
